Company Registration
It usually takes 3 days to register a company. To have your company registered, we will follow the below stated steps.
Name search
You have to submit 5 unique company names in order of priority, names of company shareholders (or directors), their ID numbers and contact details for the key personnel.
Pay Deposit
For us to start processing of your company documents, we need a half deposit for the type of company you want to register. You will pay the balance once we are done registering your company.
Documents processing
Once we receive the deposit, we will start working on your documents.

Final result…
The document outcomes will be: Certificate of Incorporation,and Company Summary.
